Seshadri Lakshminarayanan
Seshadri brings nearly two decades of cross-functional experience in global supply chain management.​
He began his career at i2 Technologies, specializing in process consulting, solution implementation, pre-sales, and training, and worked on multiple Fortune 500 engagements across FMCG, CE&CD, Automotive, Industrial, and Metals sectors.​
He spent seven years at Dell, where he played multiple leadership roles — designing planning solutions for the BTS supply chain, leading replenishment and solution development for finished goods in APJ, and serving as program manager for Oracle VCP implementations.​
An alumnus of IIT Bombay (B.Tech.) and the University of Cincinnati (M.S. in IE&OR), Seshadri brings a strong global perspective and a proven ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into accurate, business-ready solutions.​
Dr. Jayan Moorkanat
Jayan leads product development and architecture at SCY Platform, with deep expertise in supply chain optimization and supply planning software.​
He specializes in designing products and solutions for complex supply chain environments.​
Before SCY Platform, Jayan served as Principal Architect at JDA Technologies, where he led the design, development, and deployment of multiple products, including Agile Control Tower and Supply Chain Planner. Earlier at i2 Technologies, he worked on core supply planning products such as SCP and ROS Mill Scheduler, driving significant performance improvements.​
Jayan holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from IIT Bombay, where his research focused on complex supply chain optimization problems. He also completed a 5-year Integrated MTech from IIT Bombay. In addition, he is the lead inventor on multiple patents related to supply chain planning.​
